Kapatid ng CSNB is directed toward an experience-based learning of our humanity and charity to the community. As a school program, CSNB has extended its arm in service to indigent children within and outside Bustos. Through Kapatid ng CSNB Foundation, the vision of CSNB will be strategically attained providing Catholic education regardless of financial, physical, or mental ability, and keeping education a right and a privilege for everyone who wants it.

At the heart of Colegio de Sto. Niño de Bustos lies a commitment to humanity, charity, and service. Through the Kapatid ng CSNB Foundation, our students are given the opportunity to experience learning beyond the classroom by embracing the values of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility.
As a flagship outreach program of CSNB, Kapatid ng CSNB extends a helping hand to indigent children and families within and beyond Bustos, making quality Catholic education accessible to those who need it most. Guided by the school’s mission, the Foundation strives to ensure that education remains both a right and a privilege, regardless of a child’s financial situation, physical condition, or mental ability.

Christmas Outreach Program
Kapatid ng CSNB has run its Christmas Outreach Program since 2000 within the town of Bustos, in close coordination with the Municipality’s Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), reaching 17 Day Care Centers as its primary areas of contact.
Manahan - Mendiola Scholarship Program "Sponsor a Child, Transform a Life"
Kapatid ng CSNB Foundation, Inc. proposes the implementation of the Manahan – Mendiola Scholarship Program to provide deserving and financially disadvantaged elementary pupils from public schools the opportunity to study at Colegio de Sto. Niño de Bustos.
Under this program, each member of the Board of Trustees will sponsor the tuition fee of one qualified elementary scholar. In support of the scholar’s daily needs, the Foundation shall provide a 50% lunch voucher subsidy for one (1) school year only as transitional support to help scholars adjust to their new learning environment and reduce the financial burden on their families during their first year at Colegio de Sto. Niño de Bustos, Inc.
