CSNB offers a complete and well‑structured academic program from Preschool to Junior High School, designed to develop learners who are academically prepared, spiritually grounded, and equipped with essential 21st‑century skills.
Preschool
CSNB Preschool provides a warm, nurturing environment where young learners build essential early childhood skills through play, exploration, and guided learning. Our program focuses on early literacy and numeracy, social and emotional development, creativity, and values formation — preparing children for a smooth transition to elementary school.
Elementary
The Elementary program strengthens foundational academic skills while nurturing character and confidence. Students engage in active learning, project‑based activities, and values‑integrated lessons that develop literacy, numeracy, communication, and digital skills. We aim to build responsible, curious, and well‑rounded learners.
Junior High School
CSNB Junior High School offers a rigorous and well‑balanced curriculum that prepares students for Senior High School and future pathways. Learners develop critical thinking, problem‑solving, research, and collaboration skills while deepening their Catholic formation. Digital tools and performance tasks help students become independent, future‑ready individuals.
Senior High School
Our Senior High School program equips students with the knowledge, skills, and values needed for college, career, or entrepreneurship. Through specialized academic tracks, work immersion, and skills‑based learning, students gain real‑world readiness while continuing to grow in faith and character.

CSNB Digital School & Service Continuity plan
Post Pandemic, our Digital School maintains a high standard of education and personal connection as par of our service and learning continuity plan.
This is our own CSNB Virtual School in partnership with Microsoft. Adapting classroom practice to a distance learning setting with resources from Microsoft Education and our innovative curriculum design aligned with DepEd. While there’s no equal to the physical classroom and in-person connections between educators and students, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and other proidctivity app that enable online connections and key learning outcomes when the physical classroom isn’t an option.
CSNB has been digitalizing our master plan. Our top bedrock program remains to be ICT, since our foundation in 2000. We have paralleled all manual and face to face work, lesson, communication and collaboration thru a robust virtual school set up, CSNB’s automated system (M365 & CSG365) to mitigate the school closure due to pandemic or climate changes.
CGS365, M365 and Teams and Microsoft Education can help bridge the communication gap between educators, students, parent, school management, employees and manual processes by enabling at-home devices. We’ve designed this infrastructure to help us to shift to this secure and inclusive online and management environment that still maintain a personal expreince.
Bedrock Programs
ICT (Information & Communication Technology)
Records and the information they contain are essential for CSNB’s operations and accountability. With the development of electronic records and file management, it’s crucial to have a consistent and coordinated approach to recordkeeping. This involves creating a high-tech infrastructure for information flow within and outside CSNB. While effective records management is already required, the institution has yet to implement unique identifying numbers for stakeholders, such as student numbers, which are vital for easy access to information. Basic ICT components like server setup, management, and networking are in place, and a database system to support various functions will soon be implemented, paving the way for a paperless environment.
RT (Reflective Thinking)
Reflective or critical thinking is a key outcome of educational processes, teaching students how to learn, not just what to learn. Activities like essays and debates will be institutionalized, with quarterly synthesis activities to capture learning. These activities will be major projects, with credits given to selected subjects. The policy will be implemented from intermediate to secondary levels, with other levels encouraged to participate. A link teacher will help achieve skills in reflective thinking, and school competitions for essays and debates will be launched.
LTP (Leadership Training Program)
CSNB’s leadership program extends to all stakeholders, including students, parents, and teachers. The Kuya-ate project includes club activities and leadership training, while Guro ng CSNB focuses on in-house training for teachers, and Magulang ng CSNB for parents. Kapatid ng CSNB offers community-based charity experiences. A development fund will be established to support these activities, ensuring a self-sufficient Activity Coordinator.
IWL (Improving Working Lives)
Improving Working Lives (IWL) is part of CSNB’s Master Plan, aiming to offer staff better working conditions to enhance performance and teaching quality. CSNB aims to exceed labor code standards, attract and retain quality staff, and use IWL as a tool to tackle recruitment and retention issues. IWL will be part of the yearly appraisal or audit by the president, setting key priorities for better employee plans.
WAW (Writing at Work)
Writing is essential for daily tasks and institutional success. It helps with observation, memory, planning, organization, and stress reduction. Writing for work involves various forms and templates that ensure effective communication and record-keeping.
