Colegio de Sto. Niño de Bustos, Inc. (CSNB) is a non-stock, non-profit Catholic school located in Bustos, Bulacan, 40 km north of Metro Manila. Established in 2000, CSNB holds the distinction of being the first and only Catholic school in Bustos, officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Founded by a dedicated group of priests and lay leaders, CSNB began with just 46 students and has grown steadily through the years. The school promotes Catholic education, community service, and active involvement from parents, teachers, and students.
CSNB operates under a unique system of School Governance, built on international best practices and SEC guidelines. This framework ensures quality education, cost-efficiency, and long-term sustainability—making CSNB not just a managed school, but a governed institution committed to shaping future generations.

A pledge for students and employees to maintain discipline. Commitments include attending school regularly, completing work accurately, and being considerate. Pride in wearing the school uniform and participating in school programs.

Prepares members to be globally competitive with effective English communication skills. Includes effective oral and written communication, and negotiation skills.

This strong collaboration among parents, teachers, SPC, alumni, and the Board has been the cornerstone of our institution since its beginning, shaping CSNB into one of the most trusted and well‑governed schools in the region.

Despite the challenges brought by the pandemic and climate change, CSNB has remained resilient, ensuring continuous learning and uninterrupted school operations. This resilience is anchored in our Vision, Mission, and 6 Acts (VM6), which guide our decisions and strengthen our identity as a faith‑driven learning community.
We call on our Administrative Office, Principal, and all CSNB stewards to embrace a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and continuous quality improvement. Tools such as CGS365 and Microsoft 365 support this commitment, enabling efficient, transparent, and modern school operations.
